Meet Hayley, Our latest More Than a Number!

Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
If yes, what have you done previously?

I play netball on a Saturday through winter, however I’ve never been involved in fitness or exercise full time.

What brought you to Planet Fitness?
I wanted to join a gym and Planet Fitness was the most affordable for what I was looking for.

Did you have a goal when you first joined?
When I first joined I had no goal. I would only show up a couple of times a week. It was an 8 week challenge in March this year that got me motivated.

Have you reached a goal or have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
I have lost 9kg since going to Planet Fitness. I am at my goal weight, but there is always room for improvement.

What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I said I would never join a gym, but after joining Planet Fitness I couldn’t imagine my life without it. The staff are amazing and so are the members.

What are your fitness goals for the future?
To stay fit and healthy with a rocking bod!

Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Fitting the gym into my routine. Enjoying it rather than being forced to do it. Now they can’t get rid of me!

Do you have sources if inspiration? If so, what are they?
The results that I see in myself continue to inspire me to keep going. Plus, being there to encourage others to do well and not give up.

What is your weekly fitness regime?
Monday: 6am PowerCamp, 7pm Indoor Netball
Tuesday: 6am PowerCamp, 6pm treadmill
Wednesday: 6am PowerCamp, 6pm treadmill
Thursday: 6am PowerCamp, 6pm Touch Footy
Friday: 6am XTrainer, 6pm PowerCamp
Saturday: 8am Parkrun (8km)
Sunday: gym session or beach run
