Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
If yes, what have you done previously?
I grew up dancing, so I’ve always tried to stay fit.
Did you have a goal when you first joined?
To be fit and healthy/maintain my fitness gained from dancing.
Have you reached a goal or have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
I haven’t made any, I just try to attend the gym when I can to feel more energised.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I found them quite intimidating at first. Yes, Planet Fitness made me feel more confident and comfortable when attending the gym as it’s a welcoming and encouraging environment.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To become stronger and increase my fitness endurance.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
I injured my ankle whilst dancing 2 years ago, which forced me to have nearly 10 months off any exercise. I found it difficult to return to the gym and gain my fitness back.

The trainers at the gym.

Tuesday: Grit or XTrainer
Wednesday: Spinn, XTrainer or GRIT
Friday: Body Sculpt or machines
Sunday: Rest Day
