Group Fitness FAQs

Which class should I start with?

You’re welcome to start with any class that appeals to you! Take a look at the class descriptions here on the website or grab a printed timetable at reception. You can also speak to one of our instructors before class to get more information. We encourage you to try a variety of classes to discover the ones you enjoy and that challenge you. Remember, it’s all about finding your pace.

What if I’m not fit enough, coordinated, or can’t keep up?

Our instructors are here to guide and support you! Every class offers both low and high-impact/intensity options, and you can take breaks whenever you need. If you’re unsure, feel free to start with half a class and see how you go.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring a towel and a water bottle (there’s a water fountain just outside the studio if you forget). You’re welcome to bring your own exercise mat, but we do provide mats as well.

Can I leave early if necessary?

Absolutely! It’s your workout, so feel free to do what’s best for you. If possible, just let the instructor know beforehand so they don’t worry that you’re injured or feeling unwell.

Can I participate if I’m pregnant or have an injury?

Yes, as long as you have medical clearance to exercise. Please inform the instructor about your pregnancy or injury before the class so they can offer appropriate modifications.
