Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
I have always been involved with fitness since age 6.
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Yes I did, to lose weight.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
I have and more.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
At first I was scared because I was a little chubby, but when I reached goals my confidence grew and I became comfortable.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To look like Jack one day, fingers crossed.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
I’ve had to overcome a lot of broken bones in the last two years.
Do you have any sources of inspiration? If so, who/what are they?
I have goals and a future plan.
What advice do you have for those who are thinking of joining Planet Fitness?
Go for it!
What is your weekly fitness regime?
I train twice a day every day
