Status
Student studying Bachelor of Criminology, works at LJ Hooker.

Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
Yes, when I was young I loved surf life saving, soccer, and athletics. I still enjoy doing some sort of fitness daily.

Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
It has been my plan for many years now to join the NSW Police Force, when I joined the gym my focus was on improving my strength to pass my fitness test.

Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
My strength has improved immensely, but the Police Force has been put on hold whilst finishing my degree.

What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
The gym is a great place and has a good atmosphere, I was a member of my hometown gym in Forster and Planet Fitness has the same positive vibe.

What are your fitness goals for the future?
I mainly go to the gym daily to maintain my health and fitness, but it would be great to tone a little more. I am always looking to improve my fitness levels.

Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Motivation for sure! Early morning wake ups and making the effort to attend the gym after a stressful day at work.

Do you have sources if inspiration? If so, what are they?
My brothers have definitely inspired me over the past couple of years, one is a member of the Police Force and the other is in the army. They have both helped me to be the best I can be.

What is your weekly fitness regime?
Weekly Body Combat classes, gym session 4x a week including 30 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of weights and 10 minutes on my abs – I love abs!
