Meet Lambton’s More Than a Number, David!


Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
This time around I’ve been training for four months, but I have tried a bit of everything and trained on and off for years.

Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
I wanted to look better and feel better.

Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
Not yet but I’m on my way. I feel better but I still could look better.

What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I felt other clubs were a bit daunting but I’ve found Planet Fitness to be very welcoming to all types.

What are your fitness goals for the future?
I’d like to keep progressing.

Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Losing my bum and my belly.

Monday – stretch, chest, abs, 3km walk, stretch
Tuesday – stretch, shoulders, abs, 3km walk, stretch
Wednesday – stretch, back, abs, 3km walk, stretch
Thursday – stretch, arms, abs, 3km walk, stretch
Friday – stretch, legs, abs, 3km walk, stretch
Saturday – stretch, chest, abs, 3km walk, stretch
