Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
Somewhat, yes. However, there are still quite a few improvements to be made.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I never thought of the gym as a social environment prior to joining Planet Fitness. But I’ve met some super cool, friendly, and supportive people here.

Do you have sources of inspiration? If so what are they?
Once I started seeing the results of my training (health, strength, and physique) it inspired me to continuously show up.
What advice do you have for those who are thinking of joining Planet Fitness?
Definitely give it a fair go, and give yourself time to see the results you’re looking for. The environment and people here are amazing.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
Currently lifting weights six days a week (I do a push/pull legs program) and I also walk 3km per day.
