Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
I have been involved in fitness and exercise since I was 13 years old starting with karate.

Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
I joined Planet Fitness to lose weight and increase strength.

Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
I lost 22.5kg in 5 months after I joined and have steadily increased strength in all aspects.

What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I didn’t have any preconceptions of gyms before I joined.

What are your fitness goals for the future?
Steady and sustainable muscle growth.

Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Doing shift work while maintaining a healthy diet and motivation.

What is your weekly fitness regime?
My regime mostly consists of weight training and occasionally some crossfit style workouts.
