Sticky Date Christmas Smoothie
Often filled with oodles of sugar and countless calories, Christmas treats can be a deadly disaster to our clean eating regime come December. Sticky date smoothie
- 5 medjool dates
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3 medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cacao
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch Himalayan salt
